She realized it after she had left the gas station and wanted us to get the gas station phone number so she could let the attendant know and to allow him to recover the credit card before it got stolen. We were able to give her the phone number she was looking for in no time! Hopefully, her reaction time was fast enough and she was able to recover her card after she turned back!" |

Madonna concert in Barcelona July 24th 2009 - Jérôme tells us: "As you may have heard, the Madonna concert scheduled in Marseille tonight was cancelled due to a fatal accident which occured while getting the stage ready. As a true and loyal fan, one of our customer decided to buy tickets for the Barcelona concert taking place tomorrow. Unfortunately, the tickets he purchased online still have not been delivered to his hotel. In order to help him, I called the hotel and explained the situation in order for the front desk to notify him immediatey should the tickets finally arrive. I also gave him the website customer service phone number. Finally, I sent an email to customer service on his behalf because he did not have internet access. I really hope that after all of our efforts, he will be able to finally enjoy the concert!" |

Well, I ended up using my Pass for an entirely different reason! Once I arrived at my hotel, I almost fell off my chair! The place was not at all what I expected. Bad area, small rooms, no minibar; it was far from the quality I expected based on the photos I had seen online. I called Tourizoom to get some help finding a backup, and they called me back with several options. I was able to switch hotel the very next day, which made my stay so much more enjoyable than it would have been if I had stayed in that creepy place! It's definitely nice to know that whatever happens, help is just a phone call away... |
