I spent a two weeks vacation in Italy and I used Tourizoom services. I had purchased the Tourizooml Pass to get some tips as to where to eat near my hotel. Well, I ended up using my Pass for an entirely different reason! Once I arrived at my hotel, I almost fell off my chair! The place was not at all what I expected. Bad area, small rooms, no minibar; it was far from the quality I expected based on the photos I had seen online. I called Tourizoom to get some help finding a backup, and they called me back with several options. I was able to switch hotel the very next day, which made my stay so much more enjoyable than it would have been if I had stayed in that creepy place! It's definitely nice to know that whatever happens, help is just a phone call away...
