Stolen Backpack in London

Jérôme explains: "A young traveler called us in panic. His backpack had just been stolen, with all his papers and credit cards inside it. We immediately advised him as to which steps to take: call his credit card company to report the theft and limit his credit card liability; go to the French consulate in London so that he can travel back home safely."
