Hotel confirmation on Ischia island

Elsa explains: "Our customer called us from a ferry boat near Ischia Island in Italy. He was having trouble reaching the hotel he had reserved for that night on the Island.  We called on his behalf and confirmed the reservation. Problem solved!"
