Lost on the way to the train station in Figueras

Richard explains: "We received a call from a customer in panic: she could not find her way to the train station and she had a train to catch! She called Tourizoom as a last resort thinking maybe we could assist her by giving her turn by turn directions. We did! We managed to guide her from her location to the train station; and she managed to catch her train minutes before departure. The customer was beyond relief, and for us, what a feeling of accomplishment!"
