Broken windshield in Berlin

Richard explains: "A customer called from Germany around 6:30pm. The windshield of her van had just broken and she needed assistance in finding a garage who would repair it quickly. I found a garage close to where the customer was staying, and made an appointment with the technician for the following day, first thing in the morning (7am). On a side note, it is interesting know that garages close at 6:30pm in Germany. The customer thanked us many times and was very pleased with our help because she does not speak German and was starting to panic a little."
