In order to get our services, you have several options:

1. You are traveling to France and would like to use the service locally as you go: just call Tourizoom Premium number 0899 23 5002 for immediate assistance (1.35€ per call plus 0.34€ per minute).

2. You are traveling anywhere in the world, France included, and you like VIP treatment: just purchase a Tourizoom VIP Pass online or by calling our sales department at +33 1 72 16 05 72.

We will deliver your Tourizoom Pass electronically in the form of an access code sent by email.

Our Tourizoom Pass is sold 12 € and gives you a credit of 12 requests to our call center. Each time you call our dedicated Tourizoom service line, the Tourizoom operator will take note of your access code so we can keep track of how many requests you have left in real time.

When necessary, the Tourizoom operator will call you back to deliver the answer to your question. If you prefer or it is more convenient for you, we can also deliver the information by text message.
